ACTIVITIES
In addition to guided tours, La Maleza offers a series of talks for all visitors on weekends, long weekends, and public holidays.
The talks take place at each animal’s enclosure at the scheduled time.
If you’d like to attend them all, we recommend entering the park around 11:00 a.m., so you have time to walk the route at a relaxed pace and finish your visit by following the activities.
Activities may be canceled or modified due to various operational circumstances within the park.
TAURO - 12:30
Learn more about the de-extinction process of the primitive bull, the aurochs, and about the benefits of extinct large herbivores in our ecosystems.
FOX - 14:00
Come and watch us feed these little ones, and discover an alternative view of the small carnivores that live in our ecosystems.
IBERIAN WOLF - 13:00
Discover why the wolf isn’t the villain of fairy tales and why there’s no need to fear it so much. You’ll also be able to watch it being fed live.
IBERIAN LYNX - 13:30
Learn the story of the Iberian lynx, and how, thanks to conservation and recovery efforts in Spain and Portugal, this species has made a remarkable comeback.
